Notarized Translation

Notaries, which are legal institutions, are institutions that make it possible for the citizens to run their business by independently verifying, auditing and certification. As a public service, the notary public plays a major role in ensuring legal security and preventing disputes. It provides the issuance of documents for various transactions such as document issuance, handover or power of attorney, or confirms the conformity of the issued documents. Every notarized transaction is deemed valid by law. For example, notarized translations are officially accepted in legal proceedings.

Documents coming from abroad or to be sent abroad must be notarized to be submitted to official authorities after they are translated. In order for the translations to be notarized, the signature and stamp of the certified translator and the certified translation agency are required under the document. Alle Translation Office translates the translations with its certified translators, prepares the documents in accordance with the notary approval, follows the notary approval process on behalf of the institution or company and delivers the translations to the institution or company in a notarized manner.
